If you’re dealing with ongoing pain, recurring injuries, or movement limitations, this is the first and most important step. You’ll leave with clarity and a plan.

Movement Training
Hands-on work can reduce pain — but training is what helps your body hold onto progress. Choose small-group classes for consistency, or 1:1 for a more customized plan.
Small-Group Classes

Address & Reset
Some patterns need a short “reset” to reduce pain and restore motion — then training keeps it. This is typically recommended after your assessment.
- 3 × 45-minute sessions over 2–4 weeks
- Focused on one primary issue
- Designed for recurring pain patterns
- Best paired with training
Not everyone needs this. If you do, we’ll recommend it after assessing what’s driving the issue.
