Membership

Recovery membership is great if you’re generally able to train and you want consistent support: tissue health, stress reduction, and better recovery between workouts.

  • Infrared sauna, red light, cold plunge, compression & PEMF
  • Capacity-based scheduling — booking ahead matters
  • Best results come from consistency
